Welcome to the Terrel Hills Water Company website.  This site has been developed for the purpose of communicating with the residents of Terrel Hills in Gansevoort, NY.

 Dear Water Customer:

We have recently experienced a dirty power situation.  During these times our computer control units assume a protection mode and shut down our main pumps.  When this occurs, our backup pumps take on the roll of providing water to the entire community. 

Obviously, we have no control over this situation.  We have, however, engaged our power supplier to investigate and our representative from the New Pumps Co. that we installed in the Fall of 2010.

There are no apparent good answers at this time, but we are continuing the investigation.  This process may take some time.  In the interim, we ask for support and consideration from all our customers.  We have been responsive and pro-active in trying to keep pressure at its optimum for delivery to all.
